Seung-Joo Lee is a 57-year-old resident of Arizona currently teaching at Phoenix College. She was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome in 2004, which then progressed to Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease. This disease causes kidney failure, requiring continuous monitoring of her health on a day-to-day basis.
