유니화실 학생들 올해도 아트 & 라이팅 어워즈서 대거 수상

 

 

매년 연말에 실시되는 The Alliance for Young Artists and Writers 2022 Scholastic Art & Writing competition이 수상자들을 발표했다.

BASIS Peoria에 재학 중인 Karl kang 학생은 3개 부문에서 금상, 은상, 장려상을 수상했고, BASIS Ahwatukee에 재학 중인 Leah Kim 학생은 수채화 부문에서 은상을 수상했다.

Arizona School for the Arts 재학 중인 Minah Yuk 학생은 수채화 부문에서 장려상을 수상했다.

Karl Kang 학생의 금상 작품은 곧바로 3월에 있을 the National Awards로 올려져서 다른 지역 학생들과 다시 한 번 겨루게 된다.

수상 학생들 모두는 현재 유니화실 소속으로 선생님 지도 아래 열심히 실력을 닦아 나아가고 있으며, 매년 이렇게 큰 대회에서 많은 상을 수상하는 것은 학생들이 선생님의 지도를 잘 따라주고 끈기있게 열심히 노력한 결과라고 유니 미술 교사는 전했다.

The Alliance for Young Artists and Writers 2022 Scholastic Art & Writing competition, held at the end of each year, has announced the winners.

 

Karl kang, a student at BASIS Peoria, won gold, silver, and honorable mention awards in three categories, and Leah Kim, a student at BASIS Ahwatukee, won silver in the watercolor category.

 

Minah Yuk, a student at Arizona School for the Arts, won an honorable mention in the watercolor category.

 

Karl Kang's gold medal entry will go straight to the National Awards in March, where he will compete again against other regional students.

 

All of the winning students are now part of the UNI Fine Arts program and are working hard to improve their skills under the guidance of their teachers, and winning so many prizes in such a big competition every year is a testament to their persistence and hard work under the guidance of their teachers, said the UNI Fine Arts teacher.
