피닉스 한인회 진재만 회장, 메사 노인복지회 감사패 수상

 

 

피닉스 한인회 진재만 회장이 메사시 노인복지회 측으로부터 감사패를 전달받았다.

메사시 노인복지회는 2월 21일(화), 지난 6년 간 노인복지회 이사로 활동하며 후원을 아끼지 않았던 진재만 회장에게 코로나 팬데믹 등으로 인해 전달하지 못하고 있었던 감사패를 치매 관리 센터인 'Mesa Memory Cafe' 오픈식에 맞춰 뒤늦게 수여했다.

'Mesa Memory Cafe'는 정부 무상보조금으로 매입한 건물(메인 스트리트 & 파워 로드)에 자리를 잡았으며, 치매를 앓고 있는 환자나 그 가족, 돌보미 등을 대상으로 지원과 소통 창구로서의 역할을 맡고 있다.

On Tuesday, February 21, the Mesa Senior Welfare Association presented a plaque of appreciation to Chairman Jae-man Jin, who has served as a board member of the welfare association for the past six years, to coincide with the opening of the Mesa Memory Cafe, a dementia care center, which had not been able to be delivered due to the coronavirus pandemic.

 

The Mesa Memory Cafe is located in a building (Main Street & Power Road) that was purchased with a free government subsidy and serves as a support and communication channel for patients with dementia, their families, and caregivers.
