Location: 335 W Pecos Ave, Queen Creek, AZ 85140

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6+ Years 

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and performance to ensure timely and efficient operations.

• Address operational issues promptly, ensuring any impediments to delivery schedules are quickly resolved.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports detailing trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.

• Maintain comprehensive records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel to ensure all team members are aligned and effective in their roles.

• Keep detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities to monitor and optimize operational efficiency.

• Coordinate logistics activities with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and address potential challenges in real time.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and resolving any issues to maintain strong client relationships.

• Monitor and enforce safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management preferred.
