Logistics Business Planning Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Apply Now
Responsibilities:

Monitor operational performance metrics and conduct regular performance analysis.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including executive-level presentation materials.

Billing & Settlement Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end settlement processing, including AR/AP verification and reconciliation
- Review and validate rate tables, contracts, and billing terms to ensure accurate application in settlement
- Inspect carrier and vendor invoices for accuracy, including accessorial, storage, handling, and warehouse-related charges
- Month-end closing, including accrual calculation, variance analysis, and settlement finalization
- Coordinate carrier and customer registration, maintaining accurate master data and compliance documentation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

Logistics Specialist

Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard
- Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch
- Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance
- Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays
- Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)
- Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history
