I have rooms available for Students and Professionals for share. 1 year lease minimum required.
I'm a UX/UI Designer and Fine Artist. The house is currently being remodeled but rooms are available for show. Lots of parking, big beautiful disc golf in front yard for walking and pool will be available by August. Big back yard and we can make room for storage if you need it.
-1 room furnished
-1 room unfurnished
-Shared bathroom
-Shared living spaces / kitchen (light kitchen use only)
-Wifi/Cable TV/Utilities included
-Designated parking available
-Other services available for additional cost: meal prep, rideshare (for students), design studio access
-No guests (the house is used for professional design and art studio) **Quiet time after 9PM.
