Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and performance to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Address operational issues promptly, ensuring any impediments to delivery schedules are quickly resolved.

Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports detailing trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.

Maintain comprehensive records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel to ensure all team members are aligned and effective in their roles.

Keep detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities to monitor and optimize operational efficiency.

Coordinate logistics activities with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and address potential challenges in real time.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and resolving any issues to maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor and enforce safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management preferred.
